MoU signed to promote Sino-Pak technology transfer

The Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS) signed a MoU with three universities and one company to promote technology transfer and cooperation at an online workshop on “Tropical Agricultural S&T Cooperation” held on Sept. 23. On the occasion, CATAS gave its self-developed King Grass No. 4, a fast growing, high yield, perennial grass with many applications including biofuel and animal feed, to Pakistan through Mr. Awais Ahmad Khan, Counselor from the Pakistani Embassy in Beijing.
