Indian hackers, code-named "Confucius", launch fresh attacks
After one and a half years of investigation and analysis, Chinese cybersecurity company Antiy found that an India-based advanced persistent threat group with a code name “Confucius” launched fresh attacks on the Pakistani government and military institutions. Its earliest attacks can be traced back to 2013, mainly targeting governments, military and energy sectors of neighboring countries like China, Pakistan and Bangladesh to steal sensitive data.
